Bradley Hanson

Meet Bradley

Before joining the KMS Kent North Office, John L. Scott broker Bradley Hanson worked as a retail store manager for 10 years at Sports Authority, leading eight different locations. Now, he fully provides each one of his clients with unparalleled services and is building a brand built on knowledge, expertise and trust .

After spending a decade in the retail/service industry, Bradley understands how important quality client service is. He’s willing to devote late evenings and weekends to his clients as needed, as well as use his sales experience behind the scenes to secure them the best outcome possible. Bradley strives to become each client’s “go-to” person, and feels great satisfaction when he earns their referral.

The Bradley Hanson Group is committed to finding clients a new home that they’ll love, or finding the perfect family to purchase a home. Bradley’s group has called Western Washington home for their whole lives, and often helps clients buy and sell single family homes, condos and new construction in Maple Valley, Covington, Kent and Black Diamond. His vision is to provide a low-stress experience for clients, fostering a sense of trust and ensuring that their clients’ best interests are always top priority. If need be they will be available at a moment’s notice as an advocate.

In today’s business climate, many families beginning to explore the world or real estate are first looking at what appears easiest for them, rather than relying on the experience of family and friends. Bradley sees this as an opportunity to get a seat at the table and earn clients’ trust and business. His clients often appreciate his consideration of their real estate goals and personal goals, and Bradley is honored when past clients reach out to invite him to a BBQ to show all the improvements they’ve made to their new home. To market listings, he employs online marketing and strategically uses social media to attract the attention of the right buyers for homes.

The John L. Scott idea of Living Life as a Contribution™ aligns well with Bradley’s values. He believes that running a business in a way that gives back to the community is not only morally right, but also personally rewarding. The Bradley Hanson Group leads quarterly local food drives for the Maple Valley Food Bank, and also finds other ways to support local charities. Last year, the team held their annual Ugly Sweater Party where they collected more than 150 new toys for Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Bradley values experiences over things, and would rather spend a week traveling abroad over buying the latest gadget or toy. Seeing how other communities live, especially in disadvantaged areas, inspires him to live his life in an impactful way each day. Bradley recently spent a few weeks in Southeast Asia; seeing the poverty that was commonplace there continues to inspire him to give back however he’s able.

Maple Valley

Maple Valley has consistently been recognized as one of the country’s safest cities, but the natural beauty of this area and the community spirit are what really make us stand out. And that’s why we’re one of Washington State’s fastest growing cities. Education is important to many Maple Valley residents. The city is served by the Tahoma School district, which is well respected throughout Washington State and the U.S. Tahoma High School rates among the top 5% nationwide. This coveted school district helps keep Maple Valley property values elevated, which benefits even residents who don’t have students in their households. Community events in Maple Valley include a fishing derby each April, Make a Difference day where neighbors help neighbors each October, and a holiday tree lighting each December. Maple Valley Days, held the second weekend of June every year features a parade, classic car show, rides, a fun run and live entertainment. Housing in Maple Valley comes in all forms, from townhomes and condos to farmhouses surrounded by horses or alpacas, and every variety in between. We have neighborhoods of tree-lined streets, and we have homes on many acres that provide more privacy. No matter what type of home you live in though, access to community parks and trails make it easy to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. Lake Wilderness park is a favorite of residents. It’s a beautiful and scenic setting, with views of Mt. Rainier and access to the lake. You can rent a boat or launch your own or go for a swim. Lake Wilderness Park is also home to a golf course, if hitting the greens is more your style. If you’d like to learn more about Maple Valley, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Reviews

“We had an amazing buying experience with Bradley. As a family relocating to the area, we were unfamiliar with the various suburbs of Seattle. Bradley blocked off an entire weekend, showing us over 30 homes in two days. We found our dream home on the second day and made an offer. We had an acceptance within hours, and were able to fly back to VA knowing we would soon have a place of our own in Washington. I highly recommend Bradley and will definitely be using him for our future real estate needs.”

“Brad and his team made the whole process seem effortless. They were the ultimate and consummate professionals. We literally turned over the keys and then sat back and watched while they sold our home. Brad communicated every step along the way and promptly addressed any questions we had. I can't imagine a real estate team being any more excellent!”

“My only regret was not hiring Bradley and his team sooner! I had originally listed my home with another agent and my listing barely had any attention or showings and sat on the market for 20 days. As soon as I hired Bradley and his team, I instantly saw the difference. Bradley kept me in the loop about absolutely everything that was going on during every step of the process which left me feeling reassured and confident. His team staged and cleaned my home, had professional pictures taken, had an extremely detailed and well thought out marketing plan and it showed! My home had an online and showing presence that I only dreamt was possible! Selling my first home I've ever owned was a difficult and emotional decision to make but after only three days being relisted, Bradley and his team secured an offer OVER my list price!! I'm not sure he and his wonderful team really know how much of a difference they've made for my future and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend the Bradley Hanson Group without hesitation to anyone buying or selling!”
